Terms of Sale

1. Overview
These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern your purchase of Digital Products from Local Marketry ("Local Marketry," "I," "me," or "my"). By purchasing the Local Growth System, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms govern the purchase itself. My handling of personal information is governed by my Privacy Policy, general use of my website is governed by my Website Terms of Use, and refund eligibility is governed by my Refund Policy. Where these Terms conflict with a more specific policy on that exact topic, the more specific policy controls.
2. Definitions
I use a few defined terms consistently across this document and my other site policies:
- The Local Growth System (or "the System"): my self-paced, $397 marketing framework, delivered as downloadable files.
- Digital Products: the System and any other standalone downloadable materials I may sell now or in the future.
- Customer: someone who has purchased a Digital Product.
- Materials: my intellectual property, including the frameworks, templates, worksheets, and diagnostic tools that make up the Local Growth System.
3. What You Receive
When you purchase the Local Growth System for $397, you receive a downloadable file containing the Growth Diagnostic and all seven modules. Everything is delivered at once. There is no drip release, no waiting period between modules, and no additional purchase required to access any part of the System.
4. Delivery
After your purchase is confirmed, you will receive a download link by email and on the order confirmation page. Purchasing the Local Growth System does not create an account or login for you. The download link is the entire delivery mechanism.
Please save your downloaded files somewhere safe. I do not currently maintain a persistent portal or account where you can return to download your purchase again. If you lose your files, contact me at hello@localmarketry.com, and I will help where I can.
5. Pricing and Payment
The Local Growth System is currently priced at $397 USD, payable in full at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in US Dollars. Payment is processed directly by Squarespace Payments. I do not receive or store your full payment card details.
6. Taxes
Any sales tax or other transaction tax required by law will be calculated and added at checkout, where applicable. If you have questions about tax charged on your purchase, contact me directly.
7. Refunds
The Local Growth System is sold on an all-sales-final basis. Because the entire System, including all seven modules and the Growth Diagnostic, is delivered immediately and in full upon purchase, there is no partial-access period during which a return would make sense. Full details are in my Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. License to Use the Local Growth System
Purchasing the Local Growth System gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the System's Materials, including the Growth Diagnostic, the seven modules, and any accompanying worksheets or templates, for your own business. This license does not give you the right to:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the System's files with anyone who has not purchased it themselves
- Use the System's Materials to create a competing product or service
- Publish, post, or otherwise make the System's content publicly available
Because the Local Growth System is delivered as a downloaded file rather than through an account, this license cannot be revoked by disabling your access after delivery. It is a license to use, not a login I control. If you violate the terms of this license, I reserve the right to pursue any remedy available to me under applicable law.
9. Updates to the System
I may improve or revise the content of the Local Growth System over time. I am not obligated to provide updated versions to past purchasers, though I may choose to do so at my discretion. This is not currently a formal entitlement, and I have not committed to a specific update schedule.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a concern about your purchase, please contact me directly at hello@localmarketry.com before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider. Because the Local Growth System is sold on an all-sales-final basis and delivered immediately and in full, a chargeback filed after you have received your download link does not reflect a service that was withheld. I reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that I believe is inconsistent with these Terms and my Refund Policy.
11. Pricing Errors
If a pricing or product description error appears on my website due to a technical issue, I reserve the right to cancel any order affected by that error and issue a full refund, even if payment has already been processed.
12. No Professional Advice
The Local Growth System is educational. It does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and I do not guarantee any specific business results from its use. Full disclaimers are available on my Disclaimers page.
13. Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time, for example, as my offerings change. If I make a material change, I will update the effective date at the top of this document. The Terms in effect at the time of your purchase govern that purchase.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
