Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases made through Local Marketry ("Local Marketry," "I," "me," or "my"). It currently applies to the Local Growth System and works together with my Terms of Sale.
2. No Refunds on the Local Growth System
All sales of the Local Growth System are final. I do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is complete.
The Local Growth System is delivered as a complete download immediately upon purchase: the Growth Diagnostic and all seven modules, available to you in full from the moment you buy it. There is no partial or trial version, no gated content held back for later, and no meaningful sense in which a return is possible once you have the files. Because of that, a standard "money back if you change your mind" policy does not fit how this product is delivered.
3. Billing Errors
If you are charged more than once for the same purchase, or believe you were charged in error due to a technical issue, contact me at hello@localmarketry.com, and I will correct it. This is different from a refund request based on the product itself. It is simply fixing a mistake.
4. Before You Buy
Because all sales are final, I encourage you to review the product description, pricing, and scope on the sales page carefully before purchasing. If you have a question about whether the Local Growth System is a fit for your business, contact me before you buy at hello@localmarketry.com.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about your purchase, please contact me directly before filing a chargeback with your bank or card provider. My Terms of Sale describe this in more detail.
